There’s plenty of parking inside the grounds, and the large bungalow has six bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Bring your own toiletries, though, or get them just outside the venue. It’s an event and banquet place in Talab Tillo, right amid the busy Jammu suburbs.

We arrived in Jammu late at night and just needed somewhere to sleep, so I booked this at a good rate through booking.com. The trouble started as soon as we got there: the receptionist argued with us, spoke rudely, and demanded more money instead of honoring the online price. The room was a disaster, with a foul, dirty bathroom, clogged toilet, and broken AC. The staff were extremely unhelpful. I never thought I’d say this, but please remove this listing. Do not book here.

The room was fully air-conditioned, hygienic, and felt very safe, with no disturbances. Couples can stay here without hesitation as long as both are over 18 and have an adhar card.

You can use it for a small party or get-together, but the approach is a real problem. Getting there means taking the congested Talib Tillotson road, so it doesn’t feel like an ideal venue.
