Hotel Grand Tushar

A good place to stay, and the staff were very polite.

I've stayed here many times and like it a lot. The staff are nice, and the food is really tasty. I'd happily eat here again. You should come by and see the place too.

I couldn't cancel because my Goibibo booking was non-refundable. I'd booked Hotel Grand Tushar for one night at ₹1023, but when I arrived at 7:00 AM, the manager refused to check me in until the 12:00 PM check-in time, even though rooms were vacant. He wanted another ₹1500 for early check-in, which I declined. Then I saw another guest get a room after paying the extra fee. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and I was left stranded. Their practices felt unfair and the service was poor, so I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

The bathroom was blocked, so I had to switch rooms, and the window AC above the bed kept making noise. The sheets and towels were stained, as was the rest of the room. We got two single beds instead of a double. I booked three nights for my family, but after checking in I couldn't stand it for even an hour. I'd already paid in advance, so I told reception I'd check out the next day. The rooms were poor and unhygienic. I suggest not booking here.
