The rooms were clean, but that was about the only positive. There was no ventilation in the rooms or bathrooms, so even with pleasant weather outside, the room felt like a heater was running. The taps barely dripped, there were rats around, and the water came in unsealed bottles and tasted strange. I wouldn’t drink it. The hotel has also lost its OYO status and no longer appears in the app. It looks like it hasn’t been renovated in ages. After a half-hour power cut, they started the generator, but the lights kept cutting out every couple of minutes for another half hour. I ended up bathing in sweat. I’d only stay here in a real emergency. I’d already tried about five other hotels in similar condition, and this one was cheaper. It seemed to be mainly for couples, which felt odd to me. Not a decent experience at all.
There wasn’t even a bedsheet, let alone proper cleanliness, and the floor and washroom were very dirty. There was no locker either. When I asked about one, they said they didn’t have any.
The rooms were filthy, with no water and no working door locks. The receptionist was very unprofessional and had no manners when speaking to guests. They charged us the full amount at check-in, plus 200 extra for checking in an hour early. We didn’t even stay an hour, though the booking was for a day, and left, so the money was wasted. This is not a respectable hotel and definitely isn’t for families. The washroom was dirty, and the whole place was horrible. They don’t know how to address customers, and being there felt like a nightmare. My husband is planning to take the matter to consumer court. We had a very bad experience.
I lasted 20 minutes before checking out. The staff were really rude, and the rooms were filthy. The sheets were so dirty we couldn’t sit on them, and the bathroom was disgusting. It didn’t feel family friendly at all, more like a dingy hourly love hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even my enemy. They should call it Hotel Hell!
