The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The beds were filthy, and the drawers had disturbing items, including used condoms. Basic housekeeping and sanitation seemed completely neglected. Suspected sex workers and other individuals frequently walked through the corridors, which made the place feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I wouldn’t consider it suitable for couples, families, women, or anyone expecting privacy and respect. The reception also felt unsettling, and the staff and management seemed unprofessional and unconcerned about providing a secure environment. Overall, this hotel felt unsafe and poorly managed, with no regard for cleanliness or guests’ experience. I’d seriously reconsider staying here at any price, and question the judgment of anyone recommending it.

There was no electricity, no water, and the hygiene was nonexistent. I booked the hotel while on the phone with OYO Customer care, and the representative said, “Once you book this hotel. You will never forget this.” He was right. I’ll never forget the experience. Thanks.

Dirty rooms and poor staff behavior made this the worst experience.

The room was beyond description, just look at the pictures I’m sharing. Before I even got inside, the receptionist left me waiting at the hotel gate for 15 minutes. When he finally opened it, he said, “ab to khol diya na gate,” and was very rude. He also charged me 100 Rs more than the app showed before I booked. Please don’t come here!

The hotel interior looked fine, and the services offered were good. But the shower wasn’t working properly, and hot water took a while to come. The water tank was out in the open. The food was plain, I couldn’t find anything I liked, and the price felt a little high for the taste.
