The rooms were clean and the food was nice. Staff were helpful and professional, and it’s good for a budget stay. I’d recommend it if you’re planning to stay nearby.

The dirty pillow and unclean room really weren’t acceptable, and I felt uneasy seeing an electric wire hanging from the wall. Room service was poor too. For the price, the cleanliness and service didn’t feel worth it. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make major improvements.

It’s close to the Railway station, and the staff provided very good service. A decent place to stay in Prayagraj.
