Hotel Saket

We stayed with family from Feb 10-2026 to Feb 11-2026, booking rooms 210 and 204 through ANTARIKSH TRAVEL. The rooms weren't ready when we arrived at 2 p.m. They gave us one room that was still being cleaned, so we waited outside with our bags. Inside, the bathroom was dirty, the room smelled awful, and there were no towels or water. Breakfast was on the fourth floor in a space serving food from another party, with no chairs or seating. I waited 45 minutes for tea and had to ask twice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for families. It was awful.

This was my second stay, booked through my company, and the service was very poor again. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and when I called reception for help, sometimes nobody answered and no service came. A storm knocked out the electricity, but there was no backup arrangement.

Even when guests ask for water, the staff say they can't bring any and that we should get it ourselves. They're often busy on their phones, and nobody seems to attend to guests. The service and staff behavior were both very poor.

The meal was the highlight at Bati Choka restaurant in the basement of hotel Saket. For 220/-, we got litti, choka, dal, chawal, chutney, mirchi, and salad, and you can swap the chawal for litti. It was delicious, served in Indian-style pattal and mitti ke sakira ( katoris). Around 10 p.m. the hotel was completely full, so we had to wait. The village-style interior is nice, but the small, crowded space felt a bit suffocating.
