The room smelled foul, and the floors and bathroom were dirty, below even basic cleanliness standards. Room service was awful, and the staff seemed careless, with no courtesy or sense of responsibility. I had to ask again and again for a toilet roll, and in the end they refused to provide one. Their attitude made it seem like giving it to me would be a favor. This was one of my worst hotel stays, even for an hour. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and management needs to take action if they want to call this a hotel. Pathetic 🤢.

We stayed for five days with all our guests for a marriage function. The staff were cooperative and hospitable throughout. The rooms were spacious, and a dining hall was available on the fourth floor.

The staff took a long time to respond when I asked for help. The room also wasn't maintained well: the bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. I had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Budget friendly, and close to Anand vihar station. It's a good hotel.

We booked room 108 for ₹1800 per night, taxes included. It was spacious, had enough light, and the equipment worked fine. The toilet was small but manageable, and the room service was great. The food was fresh and delicious, though quite expensive. Staff were friendly and active. We'd come from Anand Vihar Bus Terminal looking for somewhere to stay overnight before an Award Function at the Bikaner House, near India Gate. The hotel was only 1.6 kilometers away, and we got there easily. The hotel needs to improve its deep cleaning, and should stop accommodating guests who drink and make a disturbance late at night. It's a nice place that could be much better.
