I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The room was spotless and well maintained, and security was impressive, from key-card access to well-lit corridors and quick staff assistance. I had an amazing stay.

The room was clean, and the stay was comfortable. The ambience was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience, and I must recommend it!

The rooms were in very bad condition, and the staff didn't behave well. The atmosphere and vibes didn't feel good either. I'd tell families especially to avoid this hotel, and wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

The room was far below what I expected, and when I asked to change it, the receptionist refused even though several rooms were clearly vacant. The hourly booking charges were quite high for the room condition and service. I was disappointed after checking in, and the receptionist's manner was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the rooms and staff behavior for future guests.

The receptionists on both the morning and night shifts were polite and helpful. It was a great help that they understood and replied in English. I'll visit again.
