They confirmed two air-conditioned rooms, but when we arrived, there weren't any available. After we complained, they put us in one room with an extra mattress and still charged us for two. We got there around 1 a.m., and were told to leave by 11 that morning or pay for another day. When we said we'd book through the app, they refused and charged us more, even though we were already sharing a single room. The room was dirty and smelled bad, and the service was awful. A really horrible experience, with money being taken for what felt like the worst, most disgusting stay.

The location is handy, close to the RTC bus stand, and the staff were very friendly and quick to help. The room was spacious, but there were no towels or soap, and the toilet was very poor. I hope management keeps the areas around the hotel and rooms clean and hygienic before guests arrive.

The washroom was the worst part of our stay. Only the hot water tap worked, and staff said the repair worker wasn't available when we reported the broken regular-water tap. We had booked a non-AC room, but the room itself wasn't good either. Think twice before staying here.

The railway station is about 250 meters away, and the bus stand is only 50 meters away. Rooms are nicely furnished and look good, with centralized AC on each floor. For a reasonable price, you get a good budget room and good service. I'd choose this hotel for a good stay and would suggest it to others.

We thought the place looked too unpleasant to stay in, so we didn't spend much time there. The bathroom wasn't good, and they didn't even give us a working remote. They also charged extra and called it a service charge. A very bad experience at that OYO, which didn't feel like an OYO at all.
