The rooftop pool and café were a lovely place to unwind after a long day. Our room and bed did feel a little small for a hotel in this category, though. Meals were excellent, with plenty of variety, and Mr. Ajay was courteous and professional when helping us at both dinner and breakfast. The warm, attentive staff made our stay at Hotel Mahagun Sarovar Portico very comfortable.

The Housekeeping Team and Chefs did a wonderful job throughout my daughter’s wedding celebrations. Everything had been carefully planned and organized, and Mr. Vikash coordinated it all really well. Mr. Rajeev was there to keep the arrangements running smoothly, with Mr. Deepak, Mr. Sumit, Mr. Ram, and Mr. Divyanshu also helping a lot. Mr. Divyanshu made check-in especially easy. After a 9 hour flight, I was hungry when I arrived in New Delhi today. Abhishek greeted me at the hotel and kindly suggested the buffet. The food was really tasty, and the service was great, so it was a good first meal in New Delhi. If you stay here, ask for Abhishek. His English and kind manner made it easier to choose from the menu.

At about 3k per day, the price is very good for this kind of hotel. There are shops nearby for anything else you need, and checkout time is a little flexible. My room had a kitchen, mini fridge, and microwave. The hotel is right beside Mahagun metro Mall and about a 12 minute walk from vaishali metro. The room and bathroom are a bit small, and the view is just okay since there isn't anything special around the hotel. Breakfast is somewhat costly. If this is your first stay, you'll probably love it, though your expectations may be different if you've stayed at better hotel chains.
