I only stayed for a few hours in the single room I booked at a very affordable price. It was clean and had an attached washroom, though the shower didn’t work. There’s no elevator in the building.

The booking showed an AC room on SPOT ON, but after I reserved, the hotel staff said SPOT ON bookings didn’t include AC. Customer care told me to cancel and book somewhere else, then said there’d be no refund when I did. Their support was useless. It was my first experience with them, and the worst. Don’t pay online, use cash, and don’t deal with them.

There are several other hotels in the same lane, so try one of those. The service here was very poor, and I really wouldn’t suggest staying at this hotel.

The owner is a good man, and there are workers in this industry too. What is the industry?

I like oyo. The staff behaved very well, and the room was neat and clean with a comfortable bed.
