Hotel Andleeb Palace

The restaurant was the worst part: we ordered food and were served items made the day before, though staff said they’d just been prepared. The basic facilities were also a problem, with the TV and washroom doors not working properly and no water at the washbasins. We were moved between rooms three times, and the people here were unprofessional and didn’t know how to treat guests. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families. If negative stars were possible, I’d give them.

There seems to be a lot of space and facilities here, and the hotel looks good. The food quality and hospitality need a lot of work, though. An experienced hospitality manager and a good head chef could help make it one of the top hotels in the area.

For where it is, the hotel is good. Breakfast choices are very limited, though. They should add some South Indian and Punjabi dishes so customers have a broader, more appealing menu to choose from.

Think twice before staying here. The food wasn’t very good, and the staff and manager were unprofessional, rude, and ill-mannered. They also added extra items to the prices and wouldn’t admit the mistake. A terrible place to stay.
