Please avoid this place. The rooms were dirty, you have to pay extra charges, and there were no toiletries.

This was one of my worst stays. I booked through Booking.com, but they initially refused to check me in, saying no rooms were available at that price. The room they eventually gave me had no toiletries, no bathroom lock, and no hot water. They still wouldn't provide toiletries when I asked, and they also denied me Wi-Fi. I don't understand how anyone could give this kind of service five stars.

I booked through agoda, but the hotel wouldn't honor the commitment or give me a room. They demanded extra money and wouldn't listen to me. The staff were completely unhelpful.

The rooms were so unhygienic it was hard to stay there. There was dust all over the side tables, and the towels and handwash were missing. We asked two or three times for the room to be cleaned or changed, but the staff and receptionist ignored us. They charge high rates for service that felt like barely 1%, and seemed not to care about guests' needs or hygiene. The worst hotel experience of my life.
