The location is the best part, with all the essentials close by. The rooms were okay, too, but ventilation was a problem: there was a balcony, but it wasn't accessible. There was no kitchen or tea service either. The hotel itself was just okay, neither very good nor very bad. It seemed like a bunch of new guys were running it without much experience.

I booked for three days, but after just one day they told me I had to leave, threatening to throw my luggage out by force. They refused to return my money, saying the hotel was booked. I called the manager who took my booking 28 times, but he didn't answer. I also reported that money had been stolen while the room was being cleaned. This place felt like a scam, run by goons and thieves. Please avoid it for your own safety. They should be flagged so trusting people don't get scammed like this.

Keep in mind that visitors aren't allowed, so you can't meet a friend in the hotel. The rooms are good, but the staff are also gawar, and they speak rudely to guests. If you want a hotel, there are plenty of others nearby in the same area. I'd suggest staying somewhere else.

The manager was extremely rude and treats customers very badly, especially if you've paid in advance through the OYO app and are in a difficult situation. My whole day was wasted because of him. The owner should replace the staff, particularly that property manager. It was the worst experience I've ever had.
