After a tiring journey, I waited over an hour after check-in before getting a room. At first they refused to let me check in even though I'd prepaid, and only after I called customer care did they let me in. The first room I was shown was in the condition in my photos. The manager was on the phone the whole time and knew I had nowhere to rest, while waiting for a non married couple to leave a room they'd occupied by the hour. OYO told me it should be ready in five minutes once they left. The woman even came out after the man and said, “ab Khali ho gaya hai,” while I was standing right by the exit. I ended up in the same room they'd been using. Customer care then said there was no problem since I was getting a room, missing that I'd waited more than an hour for the couple to finish having sex. When I asked for another property, I was told I would still have to pay for this one since a room was now available. What a waste. I wouldn't recommend the hotel or OYO after service this bad.

The owner first refused to honor the price I'd already paid Oyo in full for three days. He told me to complain to Oyo customer care so they could compensate him, and then he'd give me the room. I complained, Oyo paid him, and I eventually got in. The room was extremely dirty: broken bathroom taps and toilet seat, a dirty mirror, and lots of garbage under the bed. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The building entrance was filthy too, and stair tiles were broken in several places.

That entrance gate was awkward to get through with our luggage. I stayed here with family and didn't have a pleasant time; this place didn't feel family friendly and seemed more suited to couples. For a family trip, I'd look for somewhere else.

Hot water wasn't readily available. I had to ask, and they brought it in buckets. The rooms were stifling and uncomfortable, with mosquitoes, an old building, and little inside that worked. The rooms are very old, so don't be taken in by the photos. I haven't seen anywhere worse, and I'm sharing poor quality images on Google and the website.

I booked an AC room for my staff member, but they gave him one without AC, and even the fan didn't work. They also charged him directly and didn't provide a bill. Worst experience.
