The location takes a little figuring out since the hotel is inside a society, but it’s easy to reach once you know where it is. It was a very good place for a family stay. The kitchen area is all set up, though there weren’t any utensils for cooking yet, so it wasn’t quite ready as a service apartment.
The extra mattress was so uncomfortable that the floor might have been better. The quilt and bedsheet were dirty, and the housekeeping guy said the quilt is washed only once a year. The place was in very poor condition and definitely wasn’t worth 5500 a night. Pathetic.
The place itself isn’t bad, but a few people made the experience unpleasant. A friend of mine had booked for double occupancy because he expected one or two friends to join him for dinner. When one friend arrived with dinner, the tall guy at reception made him uncomfortable by saying outsiders weren’t allowed, without checking with the guest first, even if that was the policy. Today’s stay at VVIP Suits was my worst experience. The tall guy at reception was arrogant, and there was zero hospitality.
The rooms were very good and well equipped. It was easy to get to, and the staff were extremely helpful. Whatever you ask for, they’ll make it available. A great experience.
The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and attentive. I had an amazing, relaxing stay at VVIP SUITES TROT HOTEL, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable visit. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. I’ll definitely come back.
