The receptionist was dismissive when I asked about booking online, saying I could reserve a room there but nothing would be available until 2-3 PM. Earlier, I’d been told there were no rooms when I asked in person. While I sat in reception checking other hotels, he criticized how I was sitting and said the owner might be watching on camera. There was nobody around me, and I don’t see what was wrong with sitting cross-legged. The staff’s rude, harsh attitude put me off recommending the place.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the material it was made from seemed poor quality. The geyser looked fine at first but wasn’t working in the morning. Staff were helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly, and a towel and toiletries pack with everything needed was provided right after check-in.

We only needed a room for a few hours during a wedding-related transition, and it wasn’t comfortable or cozy enough for a longer stay. For a small town like gingee, though, the location and rooms are good. The rooms could be better maintained, and the restrooms aren’t up to the mark.

There’s no drinking water, food, or tea service, and the place felt more suited to bachelors than families. We stayed for no more than two hours with our toddler. Within five minutes of turning off the light, a honey bee stung me. We went straight to government hospital at around 11 pm, where I got an injection and tablets. Thank God it was me and not my toddler. I wouldn’t recommend this as a safe place for families with kids.

The balcony view was excellent, and the rooms were good. I stayed for three days. The place was clean and well maintained, with good parking, and it was nice and calm. There were mosquitoes, but the windows had good protection against them.
