Such a disappointing holiday. After I booked through oyo, they refused to give me a room. The manager and owner were disgusting and didn't know how to treat a guest. oyo and delhi heart were both responsible for the trouble I had. Shame on them.
We were there for only five hours, but the location and room service staff were really nice.
The price was affordable, and it was easy to reach, right at the top in front of air force colony. It's very well located for darshan. Breakfast was amazing, though there was no AC, fan, or cooler.
The room was dusty and unclean, and they weren't following corona guidelines. It looked completely different from the room shown on the oyo website. A pathetic experience. I hate oyo.
Agodha and Oyo showed fake photos on the website, and the hotel was very poor. They also didn't return our money. We'd been trying to reach them from the 30th, and by the 5th nobody had answered us.
