It’s good value for money, with delicious, varied food, including buffets. The location is convenient for sightseeing and has scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere. Staff, including the manager and housekeeping, were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The gardens, pools, spas, and gyms were well maintained, and the rooms had hot water and a TV.

I was very disappointed by the aggressive way I was spoken to. I don’t know if it was the staff or the owner, but they don’t know how to talk to customers. They made false statements about everything, including room service, TV, food, and billing. The staff were totally drunk, and there were about four or five people drinking glasses of alcohol in the reception area. When I asked about the TV, he abused me and used very bad language. This didn’t happen only to me. Lots of travellers are complaining about the same thing. I hope the owner addresses this and makes changes to run the property. Otherwise, I won’t recommend it to anyone.

A very bad place to stay. Service was extremely poor, and the hotel staff were arrogant and behaved pathetically. They manipulate restaurant bills, and most things are unavailable. They charge a good amount for the room and take the money first, then when you ask for services they rudely say, “sir nahi hopayega,” and behave badly afterward. They fudge the billing too.

Manu bhai deserves special mention. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, with prompt help, a friendly manner, and genuine care. The other staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We were welcomed warmly, check-in was smooth, and the calm, comfortable atmosphere made a good first impression. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with amenities thoughtfully provided. Housekeeping kept everything fresh and neatly arranged each day. We also really enjoyed the food: every meal was delicious, hygienic, and well presented, with a good variety and consistently good quality. It was a wonderful stay with great service and food. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d gladly recommend it and stay again.
