I arrived around midnight after booking ahead, but there was only one gatekeeper on night duty. It was his first day, and he didn't even know the hotel. He had no senior staff member's mobile number to call, so if something had happened, there was no way to reach anyone from the hotel. He also couldn't find the extra mattress I'd booked. I was left to manage without a bed or blanket on a winter night. This hotel felt highly unsafe, with no proper safety or security. Management needs to sort that out. If they want to provide hospitality this way, they should switch to another line of work.

The hotel, food, and staff were all very nice. Mr Prem at reception was especially cooperative and kind, and spoke very gently. All the best.

They call breakfast complimentary, but there aren't many choices, and even when we picked an item and gave specific instructions, they didn't follow them. When we asked, staff said it was just a courtesy from the hotel and they weren't obligated to provide it. The owner should teach the staff how to speak to and treat customers.

We've been here about an hour and have only been served snacks so far. The service is slow. I'll update after dinner arrives.

The room smelled, felt cramped, and the interior wasn't good. Service was an issue too.
