The best part is the beach just behind the house, and every bedroom has a lovely view. It's a relaxed place for a beach break, and it's friendly for pets and children. We had three comfortable bedrooms, a large living and dining space, and all the amenities we needed. The property was well kept, with good security and a dedicated gardener. Ram and Sita deserve a mention too. Ram made really good breakfast and snacks.

What made us feel at home was the humble, caring and attentive staff, who went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The food was tasty, especially the Goan bread called Poi with bhaji, which was awesome. Our room was immaculate, nicely designed and had everything we needed. The villa is beautifully maintained amid lush greenery, and the nearby beaches are within walking distance. Choosing to stay here was one of the best decisions of our recent Goa trip. It was a peaceful retreat with great hospitality and service. We have lifetime memories from the visit, and would happily return and recommend it.

The staff were really helpful, even with little things. The rooms were clean, the food was mouthwatering, and I loved the ambience and hospitality. Such a lovely stay in a beautiful house. Highly recommended.

The green gardens were a nice bonus, and the property is close to the beach. We found the rooms clean, the staff helpful, and the breakfast superb. Had a fantastic stay at rosastays villa. Highly recommend it.
