Banon Resorts

My children were delighted with our stay. We had a family room with two double beds and plenty of space for four. Roses were used to decorate the place, which looked lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We’d stay again, and I’ve recommended it to friends and family.

The food was fresh, delicious, and homely, and we enjoyed every meal, especially the breakfast spread. Staff were consistently courteous and attentive, and the owners and management clearly take pride in looking after the property. That warmth made us feel at home. Our room was spotless, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. From the balcony, we could enjoy the sunrise and fresh mountain air. Banon Resorts Manali has a heritage feel, with lush greenery and tall cedar trees around it. Although it’s close to Mall Road and Old Manali, it felt secluded and quiet, with beautiful mountain views. It suited us as a peaceful place to stay while still being near town. We’d love to return and would recommend it to families, couples, or anyone looking for a calm getaway in Manali.

Hirday and Arjun were especially kind and gave excellent service, which made our trip more memorable. We had a peaceful stay at Banon Resorts in a beautiful location, and the hospitality was exceptional. One of my best experiences in Manali. Highly recommended.

The location is good and the hotel has lovely views. What stayed with me most, though, was how the team cared for me after I fell on the road and hurt my ankle. The GM, manager, and housekeeping staff, including Arjun, banita and Nisha, all checked on me. They carried me to my room, Arjun bandaged my ankle, and everyone helped make the rest of my stay pleasant despite the injury. I was very touched by their kindness and graciousness.
