The property itself was good, but the service was awful during our four-night stay. We had to ask repeatedly for everything. I requested a TV recharge more than 20 times and it never happened, while breakfast took an hour to arrive. Food prices were high, there was no daily room cleaning, and the heaters came with a hefty charge even though they should have been complimentary. If all you need is a place to sleep, the property is okay. Everything else was the worst.
