Snow White Resort & Spa

Mr. Rahul Sharma sang live in the evening, and his lovely voice kept us sitting there even after dinner. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the front desk and other staff were courteous. We had a comfortable, enjoyable three-day stay. Cheers to the Snow White Resort management and team.

I felt welcome throughout my stay, thanks especially to the front desk team. They were friendly, professional, and happy to answer questions or help with requests. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you, sheetal and neha. I’ll book here again on my next trip to manali.

The WiFi never worked, and when we raised it, we were told it had been cut instead of getting a quick fix. For the price we paid for 12 people, that level of service wasn’t worth it. The linens were dirty too, and the towels looked like someone had used them before we checked in. The road to the hotel was in terrible condition, with no proper access, and as foreigners the drive felt especially difficult. There were parties and lots of drunk people around, which made the place feel unsafe. Staff were rude and unhelpful, including when our driver needed directions and when we needed help with our baggage or other facilities. We were also treated rudely at dinner. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

They made our anniversary feel special at Snow White Resort, Manali. We got a free upgrade to a balcony room, and the team decorated it beautifully and arranged a lovely candlelight dinner. They also provided a separate special buffet. The staff were polite and helpful the whole time. The food was tasty, the location peaceful, and the service excellent. I’m really happy with our stay. Thanks to the whole team. Highly recommended!
