The food was fresh and top-notch. The kids loved the veg pakoras, and the masala tea was just right. The owner was kind and helpful, and the staff were great with transport arrangements for Rohtang and Volvo parking. Service was outstanding and on time. We got a fantastic room in a prime location, open all around with a beautiful view, which made the stay even better. Had a wonderful stay at Nirmal Chhaya hotel. Highly recommend it for families or anyone after a comfortable, delightful stay.

The view from the hotel looked like heaven, and the service was really good. Every staff member was nice and polite. The owner of the Hotel Nirmal Chhaya, Mr. Vipin Chauhan, was friendly, very nice, and polite. I'd go back to the same hotel if I get the chance.

The kitchen staff were especially helpful. Just keep in mind that you get only one towel, there are no toiletries, and the rooms don't have heaters. In heavy snowfall, vehicles can't access this place.
