Hotel O Model Town Road

We checked out almost as soon as we saw the room. The furniture was broken, and the washroom smelled so bad it filled the space. It was unlivable for us. Getting there was difficult because there were no signs and the place was nearly impossible to locate. After we finally arrived, the reception was empty despite our confirmed booking. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to appear, then another 20 because the room wasn’t ready. A young boy eventually came to help. After my tiring trek, I took my luggage to the ground floor entrance to leave. The reception was empty again, so I called the main manager, Ravi, using the number on the desk. He insisted I climb to the 3rd floor to complete the entry and checkout paperwork. I politely asked him to come down to the ground floor, but he flat-out refused. I could have simply walked out because nobody was watching the property, but I chose to tell them out of basic decency. That rigid, lazy response after an exhausting day was the last straw. For anyone traveling with family or expecting a decent stay, I’d say don’t go here, even by mistake. Agoda and OYO should delist this place if they care about customer safety and satisfaction. I wouldn’t book it if you value your safety, comfort, or sanity. It was hands-down my worst hospitality experience.
