The staff were rude, the food had no taste, and they charged more than we had agreed. There was no water supply, and I found spiders in the room. This was the worst stay I've had here. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

We got to see snowfall, which was a lucky bonus. The host was polite and the service was good, with a low price and proper parking. The setting was peaceful, and the view was majestic.

The rooms weren't clean at all, there was no water, and the dining tables were dirty. I also found lots of spiders in the room. On top of that, the hosts were insensitive and used vulgar language when speaking to us. Terrible room and service.

There were spiders in the room, and we had no light or water until morning. The staff were uncooperative and had no manners when speaking to guests. They also charged extra for things that weren't relevant. My worst hotel experience.

The reception person, raj kumar, was friendly and helpful. Service and food quality were outstanding, and I really enjoyed staying here. It felt well worth it.
