The location puts you right in the heart of Gorakhpur, and getting to or from the airport and railway station is covered with free transfers. I found the rooms comfortable, the staff courteous, and the food excellent. A wonderful stay, and I’d strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Gorakhpur.

The staff’s manner really stood out to me, and the service was very good. The hotel also covers the trips between the railway station or airport and the hotel at no charge, both when you arrive and when you leave. Breakfast and lunch were delicious too. I really liked my stay. 💐😋

We held a QCI-NABH Workshop at this hotel. The staff were humble and cooperative, and the food was delicious. Everything was great, so I’m giving it five stars.

Khalid at reception was polite and helpful when the standard room I’d booked turned out to be uncomfortable and no other room in that category was available. He heard us out, then took us to see a premium room, which we liked. He arranged for the original booking to be cancelled and suggested booking the premium room online. I’m especially grateful to him for turning a difficult check-in into a memorable experience.

I’m always happy to stay at Shivoy Hotel. The food, service, and hygiene are excellent. One small suggestion: please provide branded toiletries, such as Biotique shampoo, shower gel, and moisturizer.
