Radisson Blu Gorakhpur

The restaurant was a positive part of the stay. The dining staff were polite, attentive, well-trained, and courteous, and the service there went smoothly. The hotel had a good overall ambiance and was well maintained, but some basic expectations for a 5-star property were missing. We weren’t offered a welcome drink when we arrived. The room temperature stayed uncomfortable even after we tried to adjust it, and we couldn’t sleep properly through the night. That affected the stay. Better attention to room temperature and the welcome would improve the guest experience.

I was at Raddison for almost a week on an official visit to Gorakhpur, and everything from check-in to check-out was professional and wonderful. The food service and quality were amazing. I especially loved the biryani, and thank Mr. Danish patel, who prepared it. Himal, mastu, sneha, and bhumika were very kind and helpful, and they’re doing a great job. I’d also like to thank Ms. Shivangi, Manager, for arranging a good corporate deal for our team.

It was a short stay, but the staff made it memorable, from the arrival drinks through our early departure. Sneha in the restaurant looked after our needs attentively, from hot and cold water to requests across several tables. She served us with a smile every time. Thank you for a great experience.

I’ve been here many times with my family and for business. The location is very good, the rooms are quite nice, and they provide service as quickly as possible. I had a problem during dinner, though, so I’m giving four stars. Otherwise, everything is good.
