The service was very poor, and both the room and toilet were dirty. We checked in at 8:00 am, paid in full, and then found there was no water in the bathroom, so we couldn't even use the toilet. We asked several times, but someone said we'd need to give an extra tip to get bathroom water. I don't recommend it at all.
Check-in and checkout were smooth, and we got a ground-floor room. The hotel is in a prime spot, very close to the parikrama starting point. But the bathroom smelled terrible throughout our stay, and there were no toiletries. At checkout they even asked us for tips, hahahhaa. I'd suggest it only if you need somewhere nearby, and wouldn't rate it above two stars.
The actual rooms don't match the photos on the website or Google, and they have seepage. Don't prebook online: they mark the online trip as completed even before it has started. I'd go to a dharamshala instead.
The room was very dirty. The AC, TV, geyser and exhaust weren't working, and there was no room service. When I asked about the AC, he said the online listing could say whatever it wanted, but there was no AC facility. They also wouldn't provide drinking water in the room.
It's a good place to stay near Mansi Ganga and the parikarma Marg. The rooms are decent and cheaper too. They charged 800 rupees for a non-AC room and 1000 for an AC room.
