The actual rooms were in very bad shape, and the washrooms weren't clean or hygienic. They first showed us a sample room that was tidy and well maintained, but what we were later given didn't match it. Our rooms weren't properly cleaned even once during the stay, and room service was extremely poor. They quoted one amount at first, then collected extra money offline for no good reason. Staff asked us not to pay online and instead to transfer the money to a personal number, which felt very unprofessional. At the end, they asked for still more despite the poor service. We paid ₹1000 extra for an additional person for two days, but weren't given a mattress or even proper water service. Careless staff, disappointing cleanliness, and not worth the money. This was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend Super Townhouse by OYO Seethammadhara Junction Formerly Vijaya Residency.
