The toilets were dirty, and the rooms were freezing because the AC wasn’t sealed properly and had lots of gaps. The person at reception was rude too. There wasn’t even a tea shop close by. Pathetic place to stay. Don’t stay here, even if it’s your last option.

We were stuck for three nights because we had no other option, after paying 100% in advance through makemytrip. The room had no geyser, soap, shampoo, or wifi, and you really need to bring room freshener. I wouldn’t stay here with family, it may feel awkward, if you understand what I mean. The food and rooms were third grade, and so were the owner and the people. The manager was useless, and the owner was even worse, so don’t bother complaining. They don’t even know how to talk to people. Once you’re locked in the room, you’ll feel guilty for whatever sin you committed in the past. Never book this hotel, even if it’s free.

The rooms weren’t clean, and they didn’t provide even basic things like soap and towels. The food was also very bad. At our family function in the hall, we asked Manager Madhusudhan to turn on the AC and he refused, saying, “u are not my boss.” We’re paying for it, so we should be able to ask. He has no manners or etiquette and acts as though he owns the hotel. My stay here was the worst. Please learn how to speak to people.

The room was spacious, and the staff’s behaviour is why I’ve given two stars. Still, I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night. I was here four days on a business trip, and drinking water wasn’t provided in the room. They stopped offering RO water long ago, so you have to buy mineral water whenever you’re thirsty. You only find out when they add the extra bill at the end. There’s no nearby restaurant, and the property charges a lot for what it provides. Breakfast was the same three things each day, paratha, poori, and poha, all with the same taste and too much spice. The chef seems to know only those three dishes.
