Even the shower knob wasn’t working properly, and the mattress wasn’t good. The bathroom was unclean and there were no windows. The lift didn’t work, the Wi-Fi had poor range, and no TV channels were available. I asked reception for a water bottle, since they had a lot by the table, but the staff member handed me a used, empty bottle to fill from the filter. Staying here was a really bad experience. If half a star were an option, that’s what I’d give.

My stay was the worst. FAB presents itself as a brand, but I felt cheated. They’re basically a technology partner and don’t seem to have any standards or criteria for choosing hotels. It seems they’re only interested in making money by providing technology to small hotels that lack quality standards. I wouldn’t suggest booking through Fab Hotels to anyone, even if the price is cheaper.

There were Rajnigandha and pan stains all over the terrible room. The receptionist, AGM sharma, seemed like a puppet with no control. They advertise a cheap online room, then deny check-in and demand twice the booking amount. Don’t choose this place. Pay more somewhere else, or you may end up with extra cab fare after they refuse your check-in. There’s no management, it’s unhygienic, and the pictures are fake.

We booked through OYO for 14/7/22 to 16/7/22, and a lot of our time and money was wasted. At check-in, he asked for another 1000. After taking it, he said the hotel had been sold by them, then lied that they had another hotel and sent us there. At checkout, they asked for 1000 again. We had paid the full amount, and only then were they let go. The staff don’t know how to deal with guests.

Room service was prompt, with no delays, and the owner was just as accommodating as the very helpful staff. They treated us like we were at home. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. I’d definitely recommend it.
