Hotel Sun Haven by OYO

This felt less like a hostel and more like a survival reality show. Mosquitoes seem to have permanent residency, management is nowhere to be found, and support is 404, not found. The staff have no basic manners, and the warden talks to students like a final boss in a low-budget prison movie. Before admission, the owner says, “Beta don’t worry, we are family.” After admission, he disappears faster than my Monday morning motivation. If Google allowed negative ratings, this hostel would earn -5 stars. Wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy, unless I really hated them.

Even at 170k for double sharing, you don't get the facilities promised. Meals and basic food and water needs are a problem. The WiFi comes from a very cheap local provider and barely works properly for 10 hours a day. Getting the room cleaned means pleading, and the person responsible argues and refuses to clean more than two days a week. Management ignores complaints as if helping is a favor. The owner doesn't live here and isn't bothered when students have issues, but comes back around payment time and sends his foolish management to collect the money. Worst management I've seen.

Please don't stay at this hostel in Knowledge Park 3. The food, water, WiFi, transport, cleanliness, and service are all poor, and the staff are abusive. They disturb your mental peace.

I lived here, and it was my worst experience. The food quality is poor and the staff are rude. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here. If you have doubts about my review, ask any student who lived here.
