Getting the police involved just to resolve the booking issue was frustrating, and the staff were rude. I booked online, but when I arrived they denied the booking and asked me to pay double for an offline one. It was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

The manager brushed off my complaint about the dirty room by saying, "It is a love hotel, What do you expect?" The bed was covered in hair, and there was no shower head in the bathroom. The staff had a bad attitude, and the rooms were unhygienic. Even one star is too generous. Stay at your own risk. Reply to the hotel: No sir/ma'am, thanks. I'm never coming back, so you don't need to worry about serving me better. 🙏

The water ran out while I was in the shower. When I called reception, he said they were out of water and it would be refilled in the evening. The room was disgusting, with unclean floors and a balcony covered in dust and pigeon poop, so you couldn't step outside. They also didn't provide the breakfast I'd paid for online. On top of that, they said the room selling rate was three times what I'd paid online and demanded that amount. Take my advice and never book here. It's the worst place you could stay.

I booked one night through goibibo for 3200 INR, and my original stay was on 22nd Feb 2024. The hotel refused to provide the breakfast that was included on the voucher. There was no water in the washroom, not even from the tap. They gave us one bucket for washing and bathing. The room and hotel were dirty, the bed and bedsheet were filthy, and there was no TV or even a phone. I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor, and for anything I needed to go downstairs to reception. When I asked for a matchbox, an employee said, "aap 20 ki cigrate le sakte ho to 1 rupe ka match boax bhi Kharid lo". They never cleaned the balcony, which had transparent glass and no curtain. Even a slum is better than this hotel. Winner of the world's worst hotel.
