Regenta Inn Greater Noida

I spent 45 days at Regenta, and the stay was comfortable from start to finish. The calm atmosphere worked well for work and rest, while the rooms stayed clean and housekeeping responded promptly. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had good variety and were excellent. The reception team made check-in smooth and welcomed me warmly. I’d recommend it for a long, easy stay. Thanks to the Front Desk team, Mr.Abhishek, Sonia, Sabina and Biswajith; the Pinxx Restaurant team, Lucky, Rajesh Joshi, Vivek, ThayAppy, Sandeep and chef; and the Housekeeping team, Neeraj and Bittu. Everyone was consistently courteous and ready to help.

This stay was a waste, and I can’t recommend it. At INR3500, I expected a cupboard, but the room didn’t have one. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, and the bathroom was cramped, with tiles that seemed dirty most of the time. The online descriptions of the rooms and service didn’t match what I found. Orders placed online weren’t allowed past reception, and the security guard made delivery people wait at the gate. If you’re on an upper floor, you have to come all the way down to the main gate to collect your things.

There was a stinking smell throughout the hotel, and the food and service were very poor. The dishes seemed to use very bad quality oil, and after ordering you could be left waiting until the next day. They charge as if it’s a 3 star or 04 star hotel, but the service doesn’t come close. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The stay itself was average, and the food was average too. At the hotel entrance, the very narrow road cut the tyre on my new car. I then had to rush 20 km to a tyre shop to get it changed.
