Relax Inn by OYO Rooms

I’m replying to Ritika Chauhan’s review. After I checked in, things seemed normal at first, but a couple of hours later I got the feeling someone was looking into the room. I checked around and found four cameras: one inside the switchboard beside the bed, one in the ceiling’s warm lights, one under a table facing the washroom door, and one inside the washroom. Later, after I went to the shop across from the hotel, I came back to find the door unlocked. I also glimpsed the man at the counter, supposedly the manager, with a screen showing cam 2 while I was observing the staff without them realizing it. Please don’t stay here or let anyone you know stay, whether it’s family, a spouse, or a girlfriend or boyfriend. I’m sure they watch room activity through cameras placed everywhere. I won’t visit any Oyo property anywhere in the world again. I completely condemn this, and I’m asking people to share this with those they know. Ritika Chauhan’s account also describes an unsettling stay. She said the room was okay, but she and the other person felt someone’s presence and were scared, though they didn’t believe it at the time. Four or five days later, they were both having similar nightmares and still felt someone was with them.

I booked online for 480, but when I arrived they wanted another 200 if I wanted the room. The room was messy and hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the staff experience was bad too. When I asked for a bill for the extra 200, they spoke to me rudely and didn’t provide one. I have a call recording. I’d suggest staying away from this hotel.

They refused to let me check in late at night, so I had to find and book another room nearby. The receptionist was rude and had no manners when speaking to visitors. The worst experience I’ve had, and I really can’t recommend this place.

This is the worst Oyo hotel I’ve come across, not even worth one star. It feels like a hotel for passing time with girls.
