Treebo Expo Mart Inn, Greater Noida

After two nights here, my shoulders were more uncomfortable than ever, and I ended up with a stress headache. The sheets were stained and dirty, and mine even had a hole. I wiped the desk with a towel because it felt grimy, and it came away unacceptably dirty. I had to ask for the towel, since there was nothing in the room. Service was poor and basically nonexistent. I requested fresh sheets after seeing the stains and hole, and reception said “okay,” but the room wasn’t cleaned the next day and the sheets were still filthy. Don’t expect requests to be handled. There are multiple business names registered to this location, and the property operates under another name as well. I booked because of positive reviews, but I believe they were generated by ChatGPT. This place was terrible to stay in. Huge regret. Do not book.

I booked breakfast with the room, but it was poor quality and never arrived on time. The rooms were dirty, and even after I asked for a kettle and water glasses, they never brought them. Disappointing service overall, and definitely not worth the money.

The location is a real plus, with autos and cabs available nearby. But the room lighting is very dim, and the room and bathroom weren’t properly cleaned even after I told the staff. Service also didn’t come on time.

A beautiful hotel for an affordable price. The roads are not clearly marked, though. Apart from that, the service and overall hospitality are good.
