Yati Suites

There was nowhere nearby to buy anything, the property sits well inside the area on rough roads, and food wasn't available. Even tea came without ginger, although the helper said it was available if we asked. The owner first claimed there was no ginger. When we arrived, he put us in a small room even though another room had become free. He said the guests in it were staying on, which turned out to be a lie. When we looked unhappy, he rudely told us to cancel the booking, then later changed his mind and said he'd arrange another room. He also told us we'd booked by mistake at 1,200 and that the property rate was 4,000. The next morning he insisted checkout was at 10, even though we said the booking showed 11. He pressured us to leave quickly. We were already running late by 10:25, so I had to bathe in cold water. The geyser was on, but there was no hot water, and I didn't have time to ask for help. The owner was rude, arrogant, troublesome, and kept lying.
