OYO 15005 Hotel K-Homes

I arrived around 7 PM on 10 Nov 2021 and found the linens and everything else very dirty. The white sheet over the quilt was so filthy I nearly threw up. We waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for a towel, and no soap was provided. There were no slippers either. Parking is in the open, at the owner's risk. I'm shocked by reviews praising the property and service, and more than sure they are managed reviews. The hospitality was horrible and mismanaged. I would never stay here again, even for free, and can't recommend it. People should get value for the money they spend.

Hot water only lasted a short while, so with the two small-capacity geasers I had to bathe in two shifts. The food was awful, both at dinner and breakfast. The free breakfast was so badly prepared that I ordered again, and even after ordering again there was no stuffing inside the pranthas. I paid more when demand was supposedly higher, but the bed covers were bad and the quilt was in such poor condition that I asked them to change it. They wouldn't change my room, saying the hotel was full, so I managed somehow. The manager spoke softly, but the stay still felt like harassment. The rooms were too small. One of the worst experiences of my life, highly disappointed.

The attendant managed to arrange the extra services we needed, including parking and car cleaning, for a charge. It was good for a short stay, though with Oyo it's worth calling ahead to confirm the room size and shape, especially the linen. These are troubled COVID times, which is worth understanding. Roads being dug up without warning made local trips jumpy.

The food is good and reasonably priced, but the small OAK rooms feel small for the price. There was just one electrical socket, some loose cable joints, and not enough lighting. The bedsheets were dirty. During a power cut, backup only covered the lights.
