OYO 5993 Hotel Highland

I found bedbugs on the bed, so I had to cut my booking short and find somewhere else to stay. Before that, the dirty, badly kept bedsheet and pillow covers, along with an unhygienic toilet and bathroom, had already made the stay awful. Nobody responded properly when I raised issues. A horrible experience. Never book this hotel.

Ms. Lavi was very helpful, and I really liked the room she arranged for me. The hotel itself was very nice. I hope more hotels have staff as dedicated and helpful as her.

We booked for 2 days but left after just one night because we were so uncomfortable. The rooms were unhygienic, the staff acted unprofessionally, and we had to change rooms many times. There was no power the whole night. Late at night, staff came in from outside with a key without permission.

The maintenance needs more attention. An electric kettle in the room would be useful for making tea or warming water.
