The food stood out, fresh and flavorful, and beautifully presented, including the non-vegetarian options. Restaurant staff made dining pleasant throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, the staff were courteous and attentive, and my room was spotless with all the necessary amenities. Service exceeded my expectations. I'd gladly return and recommend the property.

Breakfast was especially enjoyable, and the restaurant served tasty food with good quality and variety. The location was convenient and easy to reach. Rooms were neat, spacious, well maintained, and had all the basic amenities. Housekeeping was prompt throughout the stay. Everyone was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and offered good comfort and value for money. A very pleasant stay. I'd recommend it and would love to return.

We used to pick Rivera for all our company visits because its service was the best. Now we've stopped. I stayed this time only because the good hotels were booked, and I wouldn't choose Rivera again if there are better options. The staff were rude and had no courtesy, especially at reception and in charge of the restaurant. They don't seem trained in hospitality. Reception manager Atul was the rudest of them all, with no sense of how to talk to people and absolutely no human behaviour. The food has gone downhill as well. When we gave feedback, the staff didn't agree and argued back, saying aisa hi hota hai. The service, staff, and behaviour were all pathetic.

I'd recommend it for a woman travelling solo, in terms of safety and security. The room was well maintained and had the necessities. Room service was quick and polite, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the food service was great, with Gujarati dishes and other options.
