The room smelled bad and had rats. The bed was torn, and neither the AC nor the TV worked. When I reported the AC and rat problems, the staff were rude and refused to move me. Housekeeping also didn’t clean when I asked, and the watchmen were rude too. Food was average. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We’d travelled for 14 hours and just needed a night for four people in two rooms. Instead, dinner turned into an argument over payment: as soon as we ordered, a staff member brought the bill and demanded payment right then. We usually pay at checkout, but he stood in the doorway and wouldn’t move, telling us to speak to the manager, who had already left for the night. Problems kept coming through the night, and it felt like a waste of money. The rooms were filthy, with a yellow pillowcase and hair on the sheet, and the staff were rude. If I could, I wouldn’t give even one star. This hotel should be shut down. Shame on the owner.

The seating was comfortable and the restaurant had good ventilation. Service was quick and good. I tried the peanut masala and really liked it, and the Egg 65 was amazing the first time. When I came back, though, the Egg 65 wasn’t as good. The chicken Manchurian cost about 275, but neither the taste nor the portion felt worth that price. I’d still visit again.

The food came out far too spicy even though I’d clearly asked them to keep it mild. Still, my two days here went well. The room had a really nice feel, and the hotel, which is three years old, was kept neat and clean. One of the better hotels in Gulbarga. I’d recommend it to families and professionals visiting the city.
