We spent one day here with family, and the room and toilet were extremely dirty. The bedding didn't feel hygienic, and tobacco stench filled the stairs and passage. The online photos of the rooms, toilet, and property on booking sites are misleading. This is a lodge, not a residency. We had a terrible stay. Please be careful.

For an affordable stay, this is one of the nicer hotels nearby, and better than the other local options. The bathrooms could use some improvement.

The way they ask for payment makes you feel like they think you're about to run off with the building. Customer service is awful, with rude behavior and no common sense in how to speak to guests. The room condition and service were terrible. The worst lodge in Kalburgi district, a complete waste of money.

People were drinking outside the rooms and smoking in the corridors, and it didn't feel safe for women. The staff were rude and behaved inappropriately. I complained, but they couldn't care less and told us to check out if we had a problem. One of the worst experiences of my life.
