Hotel Hilltop

Manager Altaf deserves a special mention. He was courteous, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay, making sure we felt welcome and everything was taken care of. The rest of the staff were polite, responsive, and ready to help too. Hotel Hilltop, Gulmarg gave us a pleasant, comfortable stay, and the care from the team made it smooth and memorable.

The staff were polite and cooperative, and whenever my mother needed help, they responded quickly and guided her well. Our family found the rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel had a warm atmosphere. There was a wide range of food to choose from, and it all tasted consistently good, though it was hard to decide what to try first. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Hilltop, Gulmarg, and I’d gladly return and recommend it to families.

Sheikh Mahek from reservations made booking easy and hassle-free. She patiently answered my questions, suggested dates that worked well, and got me a really good deal. The resort is in a nice location and the rooms have lovely views. Kudos to the team for having such a professional, helpful reservations manager.

We stayed for four nights and would definitely come back. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, well heated, and had stunning mountain views. The location was peaceful and beautiful, while still convenient, and the staff were warm, polite, and quick to sort out anything we needed with a call. The food was a highlight, with both veg and non-veg dishes among the best we tried in Gulmarg. We especially liked the Garlic Chicken, Malai Tikka, Roghan Josh, Fried Chicken, Kadhai Paneer, Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Margherita Pizza, Peri Peri fries, and Manchow Soup. Great service and a lovely stay. One request: please add a body mirror in the rooms.
