Castle International Premium Hotel

We left feeling the stay was poor value and wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone looking for comfort. The parking area was so dark it felt like a dungeon, and the rooms were dirty and badly maintained. What we saw at Shanthi Castle International, Kushalnagar looked far more like an old lodge than a hotel. The photos on MakeMyTrip and google photos are completely misleading, the actual rooms look nothing like them.

Mr Robin at Hotel castle international provided good service. The non-AC room was good, and the toilet was clean and well maintained.

The service really stood out. Staff were consistently warm and helpful, from arranging transport and sharing local tips to checking in on how my day was going. My room was roomy, modern, spotless, and had comfortable bedding, with thoughtful touches in the lighting and toiletries. The front desk welcomed me courteously when I arrived. I also enjoyed the fresh local and international food at the restaurant, especially breakfast. The central, safe location worked well for business or leisure, and the amenities felt right for a premium hotel. I had an outstanding stay at Castle International Premium Hotel and highly recommend it for comfort, service, and value.

The restaurant had apparently stopped taking orders at 9:45 pm, but when I arrived at 9:50 the staff just said it was closed. When I asked where the last-order time was posted, they argued with me. Check-in had already been delayed, and someone else’s clothes were left in my room. I had to ask twice before they cleaned them up. I booked because I had work in Kushal nagar. Shitty hotel, don’t stay.
