The place was being renovated while we visited, and though it's an old hotel, the rooms were good. My family and I stayed for four days. Room service was good, and the staff responded promptly.

The rooms were well maintained and nicely kept, and there are many good restaurants close by. It's very near Guntur Railway Station, in a busy area with lots of shops and other commercial places. A nice place for a family stay, with courteous staff.

We booked the place for my daughter's engagement ceremony, and my guests had a great experience with the management, rooms, and service. The rates were reasonable, and everyone really enjoyed the tasty food.

The manager was rude and didn't seem to care when I asked why the veg fry was missing from my buffet. He'd told us to wait about 10 minutes while they arranged the food because some items had run out, but the dish was still missing after we waited. They also charged Rs 15 for a half-litre water bottle with an MRP of Rs 10. When I questioned it, he said, "I WILL GIVE YOU THE STAMP RECEIPT, GO AND RAISE A QUERY ON US ANYWHERE." I went with my family for the buffet and couldn't get proper dine-in arrangements from him. A pathetic way to treat customers.
