The food was only average in taste and presentation, which didn't match the premium prices. For that cost, I expected better flavor, freshness, and refinement. I was especially unsure about the chicken: its look and texture seemed unusual, almost artificial, and left me concerned about quality standards. Food safety and authenticity shouldn't leave room for doubt. Royal Park does have a calm, cool atmosphere, with thoughtfully kept interiors that work well for conversation, relaxed dining, families, or small gatherings. The staff were humble and courteous, attentive without getting in the way, and service ran smoothly and professionally. For me, the ambience and service were stronger than the food or value for money. It feels like a one-time visit rather than somewhere I'd return to often. My personal rating: 2.5/5.

Surendra (Manager) deserves special thanks for staying personally involved from the first booking discussions through the end of our reception. His responsiveness, dedication, and calm handling of the arrangements made the event stress-free and memorable. The whole occasion was wonderfully organized and ran smoothly. The staff were professional, friendly, and very cooperative throughout. We're genuinely grateful for the hospitality and highly recommend this hotel for special occasions.

We had to change the date of our family function for personal reasons, and the team handled the rescheduling understandingly and without hesitation. Their coordination and support kept everything smooth and stress-free. The hospitality impressed us, and the staff were cooperative and flexible throughout. The food was exceptional, especially the rice, which was soft and fresh. Family members told us it was really tasty and delicious, and we completely agree. Thanks so much to Surender garu and the whole team for making our celebration memorable. We'd highly recommend this place for the food, warm hospitality, and professional service. 🙏✨

The dinner arrived on time, and the serving staff stayed attentive throughout. We held my second son's birthday on 30-09-2025 in the 4th floor banquet hall at v royal park. The room felt elegant and welcoming for a family gathering, and guests praised the delicious food. Thanks to the management for helping make the event a success.

The food was a complete waste and didn't taste good. Service was good, though not very well handled, and some people there weren't nice. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant.
