Alivaa Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center

I’ve stayed at Alivaa Hotel twice, once for a friend’s wedding function and again on the way back. Both visits were pleasant and smooth. The area is convenient, with supermarkets, malls, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy, the staff were polite, and the hospitality felt warm and professional. I also enjoyed the restaurant’s good quality food. The pool wasn’t operating during my stay, and room service could be slow at times. Aside from those issues, everything was comfortable and well managed. It’s a reliable option for a visit.

Anil and Dildar made our meal memorable. They were attentive without hovering, offered helpful suggestions, and responded with real care when we mentioned a dietary restriction, including suggesting changes so we could enjoy the food. They also worked smoothly with the rest of the team, from the host to the manager. Even on a busy evening, nobody rushed us. The meal was already great, but their kindness and attention made the experience feel personal. The whole team was warm and professional. Service like that is rare, and I’ll come back and recommend this restaurant for the food and for people like Anil and Dildar.

We had a comfortable, easy three-night family stay and didn’t run into any issues. The rooms are big, and since the property is new, everything was very clean. Room service was quick and the staff well trained. The location is a little out of the way, about half an hour from Cyber Hub or One Horizon. Thanks to Ashi and the morning manager for being kind and helpful throughout.

The staff are genuine and their service is impeccable. I had quite a few interactions with Mr. Pradeep at Staywoke cafe, and he always seemed to do everything he could to make sure people ate well. The food is the best, and everyone was hospitable and helpful. I’m grateful for the care and hope to come back soon. Thank you, team.
