The rooms were large, but cleanliness was a real letdown. We had told them in advance and asked about it, yet the bathroom was very dirty when we arrived, and the drinking glasses were dirty too. Staff seemed uninterested and didn’t have a good attitude. I know it’s a budget stay, but basic cleanliness and the way guests are treated still matter.
We asked reception for cold water and waited half an hour. The service is third-rate, and the owner's attitude was unacceptable. I completely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
